How are translation costs calculated?
Costs may be based on a per-word rate, per page, or a fixed project fee, depending on the length, subject matter, and complexity of the text. You will always receive a clear quote in advance.
How does payment work?
Payment is usually made after delivery upon invoice. For larger projects or new clients, an upfront payment may be required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment details will be provided with your quote. Bank transfer is the standard method.
What if the project scope changes?
Any changes will be discussed transparently and adjusted accordingly.
How is VAT handled for clients?
As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. All invoices are issued without VAT in accordance with German tax regulations.
